Blue-cheeked bee-eater Merops persicus

Key features Green birds with a broad blue “eyebrow” and a blue cheek. The neck has yellow above and brown below. The greenish tail has wire-like elongated feathers.Range North western and Northern India.It is found in semi-desert areas and open grassland.
